Working for a large and established reseller, your role will be to provide 1st line technical support to various clients on SAP solutions across the UK. You will provide the 1st point of escalation and be able to solve minor and basic problems for the user and escalate these as need be through to completion. You will be used to working in a busy environment where customer service is paramount. You will go the extra mile to solve customer technical queries and manage SLAs in accordance to agreements. The role requires candidates to be a super user of SAP specifically FI*CO and*or HR*Payroll to provide effective support to their clients.
Candidates will have ideally 3 years experience in a previous Technical Support position, providing expertise to users within FI*CO and*or HR*Payroll to a large user base. Candidates must be able to take ownership of solving problems and issues and have the confidence within their technical ability to be able to do this. Candidates will ideally have gained this experience in a consultancy environment although this is not essential. Excellent career prospects with the opportunity to progress into SAP consultancy based roles.
